About me
I've been fortunate to be able to stay in the Southwest for most of my life rafting and climbing, and I have been working on a degree in nuclear engineering.
The Best Part of My Job
The best part of the job is just being able to share the best parts of what I believe to be one of the most important places in the world with as many people as possible every year. Doesn't hurt that the job features both fun and challenges for me, the crew, and the passengers that are the ingredients for some of the most meaningful and special moments of our lives.
How I found OARS
My father took me down the Grand Canyon and gave me the opportunity to start training from a very young age. The place has remained very important to me, and I've been working toward remaining a part of the river community as I've been moving toward other careers.
My Fun Fact
The icing on the cake that I usually try to make for everyone on a trip is music in unexpected places.
